Magnesium is an extremely important fourth most abundant mineral in our body. It is involved in hundreds of enzymatic reactions that maintain our body in good health. Magnesium also plays a key role in maintaining healthy bones and a healthy heart.

Being a major mineral, meaning higher amounts of Magnesium are needed by human body as compared to trace minerals, like zinc or iron.
